For me it was training myself to sleep on my back. I now fall asleep easier and stay asleep longer. I don't wake with sore shoulders from sleeping on my side. The mattress is so comfortable and the adjustable bed is amazing. Waking with a sore neck is a thing of the past.

Just love my Refresh Queen bed I have had three back surgery and a spinal fusion, Have been sleeping in it for seven nights now and have never slept better than I do now, I wake up feeling just great which we all know if you can sleep well makes the day ahead a lot easier to face. I also can't thank Kiri and Brendan enough for all their help and knowledge of the product and for answering all my questions (even the silly ones :) ) I highly recommend this product and service to all. New ZealandJust buy it - you won't regret it
We have had this bed for nearly a year now and wonder why we took so long to get one. The mattress is lovely and supportive - we sleep so much better than our previous inner sprung mattress. We also absolutely love the adjustable function. We have my husbands side ever so slightly elevated (he doesn't even notice it - that's how minimal it needs to be raised) and it has cut his snoring down incredibly! I forget about how bad his snoring is until we spend the night away from home and then I remember... Honestly love this bed! I do wish I had of got the massage function on the bed but other than that I absolutely love this bed and recommend it to anyone - especially if your partner snores.
