Most love the Napp straight away. Your body may take a few days, or perhaps a few weeks to adjust if you have been using a very firm mattress or a mattress that has given you poor support.

If you are not happy with the mattress/mattresses (after a minimum of 35 nights, maximum of 100) then contact us and we will arrange to have it picked up from you and give you a full refund.

There is the option too of returning your full Adjustable Bed. Your refund will be less the pick up and return costs of getting it back to our Auckland warehouse.
